Do you also sell complete benches?

Only the respective cover is for sale.

I can't find my model, do you also have models that are not visible in the shop?

You can find all available models on our homepage. If your model is not shown, unfortunately we cannot deliver it.

Does the cover also fit if my seat has been upholstered or padded?

Our covers can accommodate a maximum height difference of +/- 2cm compared to the original seat.

Do your covers change the sitting position?

No, our covers do not change your usual sitting position.

Can I pick up my order from you?

Since we do not operate a retail store, we only offer online shipping. Unfortunately, collection from our office is not possible.

What material do you use for the covers?

We only use high-quality outdoor synthetic leather and Microtex fabrics made in the EU. The fabrics we use are highly abrasion-resistant, light-fast, water-repellent, driving rain-proof and absolutely easy to care for. You can find more information about the material composition here:

Artificial leather (Basic / Comfort / Diamond):
80% Polychloride, 18% Polyester, 2% Polyurethane

Seat (Comfort / Diamond):
Outer fabric = PVC 97%, PU 3% / Inner fabric = 100% Polyester

Are there other colors?

We only offer our covers in black with black stitching.

How long does the delivery take?

We usually ship within 2 working days - the shipping time is listed under the respective item. Orders within the EU usually have a delivery time of 5-8 working days, worldwide orders have a delivery time of 8-24 working days.

Can I return my cover even though I have already installed it?

You can return the item within 14 days as long as it is not used. This means it must not have been assembled or otherwise used more than what you would normally find in a store.

How long is the warranty on my cover?

The warranty is based on the statutory provisions. However, we do not accept any warranty for circumstances that exceed normal use, e.g. in the event of a fall, accident, unsafe parking location, etc. Furthermore, we do not accept any warranty if the cover comes into contact with petrol or other harmful chemicals. We also do not accept any liability for damage and/or injuries in connection with the installation of the cover.
